Architectural photographer Oscar Lopez immortalized one of the most iconic cities of contemporary architecture in a very particular visual key.
The city represented in these shots is Rotterdam and the style in question, as you can see from the images in the gallery, is decidedly dark. They look like simple night photos, but the play between light and shadow is much more complex than it might seem. The result is fascinating shots capable of bringing out the characteristics and peculiarities of their subjects.
