“I did some research before I left and was amazed by the architecture I was finding, which is much less known than it deserves to be.” Roberto Conte on Dezeen.
Architectural photographer Roberto Conte recently made a work on the city of Madrid and in particular on the brutalism of its buildings. A topic very dear to Roberto Conte had already tried his hand at similar photographic services in the past.
Almost all of the buildings captured by the photographer were built at the turn of the 60s and 80s, in the period of the gradual liberation from Franco – the dictatorial regime that ruled Spain from 1939 to 1975.
