Thibaut Malet grew up in Montepellier, France, wandering and working as an assistant at his father’s workshop, home to the family company for several generations.
From an early age he therefore had the opportunity to observe, experience and understand this wonderful artisan world and although he never officially studied to follow the footsteps of his family, today, after a period as an architect and designer, he works as an artist crafting the noblest and ancient material that exists.
Among Thibaut Malet’s creations, there are these tiny wooden worlds that strike for their serenity and composure. Worlds made of woods, chalets, and small everyday elements that create natural landscapes that make you dream.
