Pedestrian bridges are nowadays an occasion to design an element that combines the need for functionality with a perfect integration with the landscape.
Sometimes it means that these pedestrian bridges hide themselves – with curves, materials and others expedients – as happened with the Helix bridge (perfectly internet in the urban landscape of the Marina Bay) or with Moses Bridge. And sometimes it means that they act in absolute contraposition with the surrounding nature. Using, for example, the colour (red) or a material (concrete).
